This policy describes how the personal data of users who browse the La Casetta Pizzeria & Bar website and use the contact form is processed, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code).

Data you provide voluntarily through the contact form: your name, email address and the content of the message you choose to send us.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data sent through the contact form is processed solely to respond to your requests (reservations, information, events).

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Storage methods and retention

Data is processed using IT and electronic tools, with appropriate measures to ensure its security and confidentiality.

Messages received are kept for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Data recipients

Contact form data is delivered to the Controller by email through the Google (Gmail) mail service, which acts as the email service provider/processor.

Data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties for purposes other than those indicated.

6. Transfers outside the EU

The use of Google services may involve the transfer of data to third countries. Such transfers take place in compliance with the safeguards set out in Art. 44 ff. of the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

At any time you may exercise the rights set out in Art. 15-22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as withdrawal of consent.
